Cozy and clean. Staff were friendly. An hour delay check out time was a bit pricey for 400 NTD for 1 hr. Very accessible to Taichung old station, HSR and MRT. Family Mart and Miyahara were steps away

I will start off by saying thank you to 53 HOTEL staff for making my stay the best as it can be. I am a solo traveler and they helped me with everything I needed. The location is SO GOOD. Literally across MIYAHARA (the famous cookie and ice cream place that tourist go to). The train station is a 7-minute walk from the hotel. My daily steps increased so much because everything is walkable from this hotel. I walked to 2nd street market (20 mins walk). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel and I would personally stay here again if I go back to Taichung ☺️

Hotel location is great. Opposite to Miyahara. Few mins walk from Taichung station. Room is spacious. Only one picky comment is sound proof of the room is not so great.
