Stayed with kids

It is spacious and within walking distance of most of the tourist spots. However, the bathroom glass screen was not sufficient to prevent splashing while showering. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay.

It would have been nice if someone could have shown us where the apartment was and how to get in. The apartment itself was great, could have used a box of tissues but otherwise had everything we needed and the location was amazing with a great little balcony. Breakfast was terrible, they couldn’t turn the tables over quick enough for the number of guests staying at the hotel, one morning there was no coffee or juice.

Felt completely neglected. Staff were dismissive, rude, and kept bouncing me back to Expedia instead of helping. The room was listed as “sleeps 3,” yet only had one double bed. When I raised the issue, the front desk ignored my concerns, doubled down on me and said they couldn’t do anything, and reach back out to expedia and left me feeling helpless. I ended up sleeping on the floor so my wife and 5-year-old could use the bed. I am requesting immediate action regarding a highly misleading listing and a deeply upsetting hotel experience connected to my recent stay

Great location. Room was clean and large. The only thing off putting was the smell in the entrance to the building. Also, the front door of the building was supposed to be only accessible by using a lock code but we were able to open the door just by pushing it. Property should fix this security loop hole.
