GreatStayed with partner
Overall good stay, was a little strange to go to the 13th floor (yes also strange they had a 13th floor) to check in. Room very nice modern. Got two free drink tickets. Elevators a little slow, but nice that only can get to your floor with a key card. Parking was not in a garage attached rather all valet on lots nearby and was pricy at $55. Overall good stay to walk to BOA stadium.

Moxy is a sexy hotel brand and this property did not disappoint. Registration/front desk is on the top level which while a tad confusing on arrival, it treats you to a beautiful view of Charlotte. There’s also plenty of games to play during your stay.
Our room was efficient and on the smaller side, but it had everything we needed: comfortable bed and a relaxing bathroom.
One evening, we had a drink at the bar while an R&B music event was filling the rooftop with delight and it was very enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for a short trip for its’ location and amenities.

The rooms lacked furnishings. They kind of felt like ikea.

Below averageSolo stay
No parking, no drop-off/check-in loading/unloading area. Instead they're partnered with an overpriced valet service. Noisy all night, both from neighbors and from street-level activity. At least elevator access was key-controlled (although stair access is not), so the noise could have been worse.

Great Rooms were nice. The 13th floor amenities were great and lots of entertainment for kids. Parking was expensive and took a while to get our vehicle when leaving. However I would stay here again

Below averageStayed with kids
The hotel is very clean. However the decor is different. I had a single king room but there is not a dresser for clothes or a usb outlet to charge and electronics. The elevator system is awful. I had to wait ten minutes each time to use the elevator. Also give yourself 30 minutes to request valet parking. I paid 55 dollars for overnight parking another 5 dollars to have priority on the list and still took 35 minutes to get my car. The valets were very nice and polite. It was not their fault. Understaffed and many cars parked in the parking overflow so an attendant had to walk over to the extra lot to get a car and took forever to go through the list. It is a nice place for someone who is relaxing and staying for a night but not for a family or long stay.
