Booked a basic double room for family with young children. Room doesnt come with bathtub, toilet and shower glass door cannot be locked. shower head waterflow is weak. rain shower is ok though. Hotel doesn’t much facility other than a rooftop swimming pool which is small and crowded. Woulr he ideal there’s sauna and steam room for guest. Room not carpeted which is considering it is a resort hotel. Overall a little below expectation: Room service hotline difficult to get through at times.

Excellent stay and the place is nearby to Singapore Zoo, River Wonders etc… and if you’re planning to visit the Minecraft experience, it is just next to the hotel. We went for breakfast with the animals. My kids enjoyed their staycation.

Nice place, but it seems understaffed or the staff aren’t used to handling large crowds. As a result, both check-in and check-out can be quite congested..

Had an excellent stay at Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. The scenery was beautiful and peaceful, with easy access to nearby parks for nature exploration. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making our stay very relaxing. The staff provided exceptional service throughout, and the team at Planter's Seed restaurant were amazingly friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Their warm hospitality truly made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Pros: Great escape into nature. Lovely rooftop pool overlooking the reservoir - just missing a jacuzzi! Good breakfast spread. Friendly service. Cons: Unclear signages to the East & West areas for attractions and eateries. QR code for room service did not work; no response to call to reception. Helpful to have vending machines at the lobby. For a premium stay, it was rather odd that guests needed to pay for entry to the ranger kids club.
