Below average
We booked this hotel 2 hours before check-in. We arrive at the check in time and the receptionist told us our name was not in the system. Turned out this hotel has private owner that owned many units and they work with the hotel. Finally took us 2.5 hours after my check-in time to get our room. I booked a king size bed with ocean view and they gave us a two twins bed with construction view. The sink still has toothpaste on it (someone brushed their teeth) and the bedsheet still has hair on it. NEVER EVER GOING BACK!
