New, spacious, clean rooms with artistic design. Excellent service, delicious buffet meals, quiet atmosphere, beautiful mountain views, swimming pool, and children play area.
Location
Remote location with beautiful natural environment. Free shuttle to metro. Easy to call transportation and close to Yangtai Mountain East station.
Services offered
Excellent, attentive service. Helpful front desk staff, especially Trainee Jamie Wu. Courteous egg station chef and effective issue resolution.
Cleanliness
Very clean, new, and neat facilities. Rooms consistently clean, comfortable, and spacious with high standards maintained throughout the property.

除了WiFi 不能上外國網站, 其他都10分好. 尤其是大堂同事們和經理們非常友善和幫忙, 我打不到車, 他們非常用心落力幫忙處理, 儘管當時他們已經非常忙碌, 但都沒有忘記幫助我. 十分多謝他們.

開業幾個月的酒店，室內設計風格好有藝術氣質，地方好靚房間較大好舒適,好清靜；職員都好有禮貌；早晩自助餐食物都美味；地方算偏遠小小地區，好方便call去任何地方。 因連續幾日假期check in. 等咗都有一小時，第一天吃早餐太多人 好混亂，大家排隊等入座，另一方面好多住客照入餐廳取座位，職員都不理，投訴都無用因我職員不知道如何處理，要用餐具乜都冇 ，如何取食物 經過第一天咁差服務，第二天再去食早餐，工作人員多了很多，算正常運作中。
