it was comfortable and clean staff were kind even the security office in front of the property, maybe the only thing I could tell is that there's no utensils and you have to pay additional amount if you'd like to request it, I think atleast s spoon ang fork and cups should be free, room is for two adults it has a big table but only have one dining chair,we're two on this reservation and ended up sharing one seat lol(good thing im so petite so we fitted on it)

Place is accessible... Markets, foodstalls etc... Also near the church, staffs are friendly and informative, clean and relaxing ung ambiance, ok din ung water supply hindi mahina and with hot and cold shower

There is no parking. The parking is really far. Good thing the staffs are available 24/7 to assist in finding the parking especially that we are not from Lipa. You can only park in the church which is a few minutes walk to the hotel.
