The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to many shops and food options. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate! Definitely recommend!

Stayed with kids

We realised that we have left an apple ipad in the room after checking out and arriving at the airport. We called the hotel and they asked us to send them an email. After sending the email, they confirmed the ipad was found. They told us to pay for the delivery and need a commercial invoice. We are asking if no invoice is acceptable before making payment for the delivery service, because the ipad was bought years ago and we don’t have the invoice anymore. Still waiting for the reply from the hotel.

There was no fridge or microwave in the room, however small items could be kept in fridge behind front desk. A huge issue for us travelling with kids was no access to a microwave anywhere on the property. It was quite expensive but a beautiful well run hotel with helpful staff and very nice rooms. One suggestion would be in the family suite there is zero space next to the sink to place amenities. A shelf would have been helpful.

Stayed with pets

We are a family of 4 with young adult children and a small dog. We had such a luxurious stay at the Hilton in Nice. It was wonderful and I found every single member of staff extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms are fabulous, sound proof and seriously comfy. One to return to for sure.
