El aire olía mal, toallas súper usadas, piso manchado, lavamanos roto, papel de baño usando no nuevo, habitación para fumadores cuando la pedí para no fumadores, almohadas súper delgadas.

Expedia should remove this place from its listing since its reputation is at stake! The rooms are tiny. Apart from the bed and the small desk/chair, nothing else fit in the room. Roku TV, only? They provided three full sized flat pillows for a kingsize bed. After the first night, my back hurt so bad! Bathroom faucet was unhinged and towels were dingy. The sheets and bedspread had many cigarette holes in them. We insisted before they were changed. Our non-smoking room had smoke scent sipping in under the door. We left with colds and headaches. We had to insist on two keys instead of only one for two guests. Hangers were not provided and after complaining, they gave us two that were left from clothes that were shopped from Walmart. To press clothes, we had to rent their a pressing iorn! The lobby has a soda machine that looked perpetually out of order. There is a railway line that runs 40 feet from the hotel and it is really, really noisy. We expected a 2 star hotel but this was a minus, minus, zero hole in the wall. We stayed here because we had a function in the Bronx and flew into NY City. if we drove we would not have stayed here. We should not have stayed once we were told once we paid, there was no refund. The only + about this place is the front desk and the housekeeper who did the best they could. I feelt sorry for them. Please skip Hotel Fuego.

Clean room and the staff was helpful. this is one of my go to spots when i come to NYC.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. the air conditioning was nice and cold and the heat was hot. Parking is hard to find. The metro north train runs right along Park Ave which the hotel sits on but the train comes through fast enough without being too loud. Plenty food options up on East Tremont Ave. Nice enough for me.

The staff really nice and helpful rooms and property very clean yet the towels was very dingy as well as the pillow cases the rooms are pretty small
