Stayed with kids

The property is so hard to check in. There are multiple buildings and you don’t know which one is the right one there no specific direction. They give fake advertising… I’m looking for a pool so my kid can use during the terrible Hot season and when I am entering the pool, the security come saying that I am not a resident…. I am not allowed you use the swimming pool. The reason is because I’m not resident of this apartment….. this apartment not allow for rental…. I was so shocked and try to contact with the person who I’m booking with they saying that yes I should not let the security know that I am a rental and telling me trying to get in the pool the next day and avoid a security….. feeling like I’m renting the place underground in illegally Such a terrible experience I need to move my luggage back and force it take me a couple hours to figure out how to check in and then I need to move out right away
