Fantastic

Budget Double Room · 2 Adults · 4 Nights

Very nice hotel to stay in. From lobby, to the room, to the dining area, it's very clean and well maintained. The receptionist that welcomed us on the night of 2-Oct is very nice and accomodating. He also addressed our concern in terms of the aircon temperature. Since its centralized, he offered that they can provide an electric fan (no charge) to us. I gave 4 stars raiting for Staff because, the receptionist who we talked to when we checked-out on the afternoon of 5-Oct did not say any thank you or did not smile as a sign of appreciation. It kinda feels off as he should be more hospitable/appreciative. The food as part of breakfast buffet are all good and delicious. There's also free coffee, tea, biscuits in the lobby area as well as water refill station on each floor. The hotel location is quite far to the nearest train station (20 minutes walk) but there are near bus stops which is fine. Overall, this hotel is very worth it to stay in.
