Apartment 6- ok room for what we needed and ideal location. If you like quiet peaceful night these are not for you as clubs below open until 5/6am then there is the clean up and bottle bin noise.
Apartment could do with more storage maybe a chest draws in lounge area as no wardrobe just a rail for clothes. Could also do with better black out blinds on the huge windows as the blinds up do not do anything for outdoor light and last of all shelves and hooks in the bathroom as there was no where to hang towels after use. Toilet on a saniflow and the noise it’s so loud shower was not very warm either. Apart from few niggles location spot on for mathew street and shops.

Stayed for a hen party. Apartment was nicely laid out however there could have been some tender loving care to the apartment. There was doors coming off on kitchen cupboard, blinds were falling apart. Also no hot water

If you like waking up with your hair soaked in sweat, this is the place for you. The room was large and one entire side was windows with very thin shades which caused a terrible greenhouse effect. The windows would not open because they added a second set of windows over the historic windows. The new windows opened in and the shades are mounted to the ceiling blocking the windows from opening. It was about twenty degrees hotter in the room than it was outside. There is no air conditioning. Imagine getting into a hot car in the summer but you can’t roll down the windows. Now imagine trying to sleep. It was awful. At first they said the windows are locked because they didn’t want people smoking. The second day they said they would open the windows but then they said we couldn’t open them. They gave us one sad fan that barely produced any air. We finally blocked the doors open the to try to let some heat out into the hallways but it didn’t help much. The hallways were cool and i actually considered moving my mattress out there to sleep. Thank goodness we only stayed two days. We stayed in July. The rooms are in a really beautiful historic building in a fun part of the city with lots of pubs and live music. None of that matters when you are trying to sleep in temperatures over 80 degrees.
