Upon entering, you’re immediately hit by the overpowering smell of an odor eliminator, masking the unpleasant smell of subway bathroom cleaning products. There’s also a protective cave (possibly bulletproof) to safeguard the hotel check-in guy from potential suspicious neighbors. As you venture into your room, you’ll notice the bed’s aluminum headboard and frame, which creaks every time you turn. The bathroom features a peculiar drain that runs from the floor above into the sink, which is odd because it seems like an outdated method to prevent flooding from the bathroom above. For two people, only one side of the room has a power outlet and a table, leaving the other person without a convenient spot to place their glasses, charge their phone, or do anything else they might need by their side of the bed.

Booked a queen size bed room on lower floor, which turned out to be in the basement with a double bed. The WiFi and Tv did not work. Worst hotel in a long time.

A story of you get what you pay for. The HVAC was pretty abysmal and even after asking to have someone come look at it, it was still weak at best. To give context, the interior room temperature was at 74-75 most of the time and even with the AC maxed out, it never dropped more than 1-2 degrees max. The window does allow you to open it so that was helpful. Very dormroom-esque and the bed appears to be on wheels? (it rolls/slides when you get in it) I probably wouldn't stay again.

Very rude evening front desk staff. I lost my room key and when I approached the desk the guy was asleep right there on the counter, then became rude and almost aggressive when I asked for another key. Never experienced that in my life, wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to others.

Amazing location and very clean and quiet Rome for nyc. Great for the price as well. No amenities, lobby is a little scary looking, but not too important given the quality of the room and convenience of the location

Very basic place if you only need a room for the night. Sheets were stained, garbage was piled up in the hallways, and the air conditioning did not work in our room.

Solo stay · For business

Rooms are sparce. No iron, no bottled water (even to purchase). Had to drink tap water. Free breakfast buffet was nice, but a bottle of water available for sleeping would have been nice.
