Great, budget-friendly, clean and comfortable lodgings near markets, transportation and sights like Dongdaemun Design Plaza, Cheongyyecheon Stream, Gwangjang Market, Naksan Park among others. It would be much better if there was an elevator and possibly newer towels were used.

Hotel Chloe's excellent location to Dongdaemun sights, subway/bus stops and shopping areas, helpful staff and comfortable room plus value for money make this budget hotel worth considering despite the lack of elevators. The staff on duty helped us with our luggage and even if he didn't speak English, we were able to communicate through a translation app. We would recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers.
