Fantastic

Superior Bay View King Room · 2 Adults · 1 Nights

This is my second stay in Shenzhen with Urcove hotel, the service standard for all Urcove is very high. staffs are very kind and helpful. they are willing to helps without hesitate. I asked for late check out and they accepted my request with kindness. the location is very good as it is located next to the mall where you can find restaurants and supermarket easily. the only thing that could be improve for this hotel is the drop off area as the taxi cannot access so you have to get off the taxi on the footpath which will be quite inconvenient for the raining time or when you have many luggage.
