Fantastic
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel resort. We were able to check in early on the day of our arrival, and the location was great. The room was clean and the pool was very refreshing.

Great
Fantastic location just a short walk from a small beach. I came here with my elderly mom and aunt who was visiting from abroad. We booked the suite which was very spacious but definitely bare bones. Do not expect a luxury stay. Considering the peak season (June) the room was decently priced at around $300 per night (keep in mind the suite, the standard rooms were about $100 less). Great view of the lake from the balcony. The real hit was the Mexican restaurant next door, which not only has great food at reasonable prices, but also allowed me to enjoy some World Cup action while my mom and aunt shopped and went on a boat tour. Would stay again, but if space is not a concern, would book a standard room. They do have a small pool which is nice if you're going to bring the little ones.

I loved the nice, clean bathroom the most. However, the shower curtain in the unit we stayed in allows water to permeate it onto the floor, creating a mess.

Good
We arrived at the hotel at approximately 2 PM and we were told that our room was ready for us. However, if we were to check in early, it would be an additional $20 plus tax. Most hotels overlook this very short interval between arrival and check-in times. I did not accept the terms, but they were able to offer to allow us to use the pool. The pool area was tidy however, each of the recliner chairs had ripped fabric on them and were sagging. The area surrounding the pool seemed tired. Once we were able to get a key to our room, they did allow us in 45 minutes early, upon entering the room we noticed a large 1 foot stain on our carpet. The room was very basic. The view from our room was a parking lot and an old building which didn’t appear to be in use. It was across the street from Lake Tahoe, which was good. However, we would’ve enjoyed using the balcony more if it wasn’t so close to the highway. Traffic noise was heavy and could be heard all night long. There was no icemaker on the second floor that we could locate. There was no complementary breakfast at this hotel. The hotel did have a gym however I did not utilize it. Towels were made available for pool usage. It appears that the paint on the hotel had been refreshed along with some of the façade. I believe that the gardens were supposed to be wildflowers however, most of them were dead and filled with weeds. The pavement/curbs in the parking lot was crumbling. I would not return to this hotel.

The room arrangements were just right, plenty of room for our 4 night stay. It was nice to wake up to the view of the beautiful lake.
