I've had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for 4 days. Emily was friendly upon check-in and has helped a lot throughout my stay here. They provided a list of recommendations on the cafes, shops, restaurants and event scenic spots to visit, which is very helpful, the list is not some Collab they have with the shops but genuine recommendations. The hotel itself was full of details, a combination of modern art but you can see Hoi An influenced elements everywhere. My room comes with a small balcony which I liked a lot, you can open it at night and let the breeze flow through your room, it's a peaceful vibe all around. Location wise it's very close to the old town, you can literally walk anywhere within the centre area in 15 minutes. The hotel provides quick and excellent laundry service as well as transportation (cheaper than you could find on grab). All in all, it's beyond a 5 star experience for me. P.S. the hotel owner has a cute Shiba, which is always a plus.
