Economy of space and all that was needed this stay. Would love to have a window [yes there is one in bathroom] that could allow natural light into room. Neat and cosy.

Would not recommend at all! Left after 1 night out of a 2 night stay to stay somewhere else. Felt unsafe, people screaming after midnight, I could hear every conversation and the 2 people snoring with the place behind me. Parking is impossible if you have a large car. The fridge was so loud that we didnt sleep. Honestly worst stay I've had.

We had a nice time at the property. It was so clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The area was also very quiet and cozy. I would definitely recommend staying at Eden Bay when visiting Mornington.

We had a really great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location was excellent—everything in Mornington was close by, making it easy to get around and visit all the places we wanted. The accommodation was also very clean and comfortable. When we first arrived, we accidentally went to the wrong place. A man there spoke to us quite rudely and told us we were at the wrong hotel. After finding the correct hotel next door, the lady at reception was incredibly kind and understanding. Since it was raining, she knew it would be difficult for us to wait outside, so she kindly let us check in earlier than the normal check-in time. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and excellent customer service. Overall, the accommodation was clean, the location was perfect, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

We have stayed at Eden Bay on two occasions. Staff friendly, room modern & very clean, priced at less than $100 night. I'd definitely recommend Eden bay.

Nice and clean property ❤️

I won't recommend to anyone who prefers to have a good night sleep, as at this place, the walls and floor of the rooms are like paper thin, i was able to hear every foot step, when a tap was turned on, and whispering from next door. There's no openable windows (just a frosted glass pane) in the room but still managed to be leaking lots of light into the room to irritate my sleep.
