The resort was very clean, however, it did not feel like a Nickelodeon vibe. For the amount of money we spent, I expected to see more of the characters through out or more activities for the kids. The check-in process was very long and the staff was not as welcoming. As soon as you receive you room keys, a person is waiting for you to try to sell you time-share or what not. The buffet personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Overall amazing experience although the food was not the best. Only restaurant we enjoyed was their Italian restaurant other than that the food was a no go.

El hotel es lindo pero es muy costoso, los restaurantes a la carta tienen mal servicio, demorados y sirven muy poco, los platos son pequeños, si bien se puede volver a pedir otro plato, la demora en la atención no justifica la espera. Las instalaciones son buenas y las habitaciones limpias. La playa yiene mucho zargazo.

The hotel is not close to be a 5 star resort. The majority of the staff is not friendly at all. They are slow… almost on purpose. Have no intention on making the stay a memorable experience not even for kids. It seems like they are lazy or do not like their jobs at all. The hotel rooms are not well maintained (oxidation, lack of painting, broken lighting…). The quality of the food is just average to not say poor. The expectation was very high for what is offered and it seems expensive for the experience. Would rather spend my money somewhere else…

Only positive is some staff was very nice and helpful. Apart there were many issues. From the wait at reception to the room (toilet, phone, tub and fridge were not working), to the many sanitation issues at what was mainly the only available food place. They advertise many things that are not available. Restaurants either closed or very long wait time. Pool was also very dirty and deteriorated. Mediocre at best. Not worth the money.

I liked the activities every few hours with characters stationed for a a few mins for pictures. However, we were very disappointed that 10 mins before closing time , the cooks Aquabite said they were not able to provide you with food, which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel in which you are paying at least $400 a night. This happened twice at AquaBite, the female cook wasn’t very helpful. We missed our lunch Saturday due to a Timeshare showing than went way over the 1 hour and we went to get food but nothing worth eating other than a cold sandwich at the sweet /icecream cafe. Sunday , July 12th, The cooks at AquaBite said they couldn’t make pizza at 11am, Seriously ? We just left the hotel and ate on our way to the airport.

The actual hotel is not bad, everything is well maintained. The service is horrible, we stay 7 days with 6 nights and in that time the only service worthy of mention was at the pool. They didn’t have any activity for my daughter, not even in the main pool, they only offer a breakfast with the characters for with you have to pay extra if you don’t seat down to listen how they tray to sell you staff for like an hour. Do not believe the number of restaurants they say they have, there are only 4 restaurants and the buffet, out of the 4 restaurants we didn’t go to two of them because they were closed almost all the time. I do recommend the Italian, you might need to wait a little and the service might not be the best, but the food was really good, I wish I could say the same about the interestelar, all I will say is that the food is like te name of the place, from another world. To be honest I do not recommend the place, I would save a little bit more and try the Nickelodeon at Cancun.

No me gustó para nada , pésimo servicio al cliente,para lo que cuesta el el hotel está muy descuidado, la cama incómoda, las almohadas también el aire hacía un ruido muy fuerte, una de las habitaciones que reservé tenía la nevera completamente vacía ni siquiera agua, la pedimos en la noche y el agua nunca llegó. Al día sigte de llegar al hotel se desactivaron todas las llaves y no podíamos entrar a la habitación, la comida en general nada que ver con el dinero que se paga , terrible experiencia, no vuelvo eso solo es nombre y ya , he ido a muchos hoteles en diferentes países y nunca había echo una mala reseña a nadie pero la experiencia fue tan mala que me tomé el tiempo para hacerla
