Clean rooms, close to the city centre. Amazing staff especially Adel who helped us throughout our stay at the property. The staff at the reception were also amazing

Great

The food was delicious. The people in the hotel are lovely. Zakaria said hello every day which was nice. The hotel could do with some updates and a few things replacing but nothing that effect our stay. Be aware if you land on a party night.

It was okay hotel. I don’t understand who gave 4 stars to this property. Basic room with no window. Room light very dull and stinks inside. It is a night club who does party every Thursday and Sunday apart from those nights it’s so dark and scary at night time. Breakfast menu is very limited. You have to tick what you need on paper but not a buffet. Inside bathroom no basic items or kit. Staff was okay and providing anything you ask for. Overall I won’t give 4 stars and recommend it is good only for sleep and stay actually on naama Bay Area where all the parties are happening.

My room was huge like an apartment with huge bed. I arrived on Thursday when they have party, music is loud but party is only until 03 in the morning. They have private beach so you get free umbrella and free beach lounger. And for the breakfast you get few options not too many but it's ok breakfast. If I would go back to Sharm I would go to the same place again. Oh yes and near my room was black resort cat always napping.

Good

I stayed at the Pacha Sharm El Sheikh Hotel knowing it is an older property, which was not an issue for me. However, upon arrival we were given a room with a strong smell of fresh paint. Since it was already late, we had dinner and went to sleep, but the next morning both my husband and I woke up with a terrible headache and felt unwell, which we believe was caused by the paint fumes. We even had to return early from the beach because we felt so dizzy. We reported this to the reception and although they initially said the hotel was fully booked, they managed to change our room shortly afterwards, which we appreciated. Still, I don’t understand how a freshly painted room can be given to guests, considering the risk of intoxication. The hotel is old but generally well maintained. The shower had very low pressure, and the hairdryer didn’t work properly — I spent almost an hour trying to use it. The restaurant staff was friendly and both breakfast and dinner were fine, although the food quality is not exceptional. On a positive note, the Pacha party was great and we really enjoyed it. Overall, we had one bad day because of the room situation, but the rest of the stay was acceptable.”
