Great location, personal really helpful. But parking place. I won’t recommend if travel with car. Other than that good place to stay

Fantastic

Solo stay

For the price I paid ($20 USD / night) it was a decent stay. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly, the staff were friendly for the most part. The beach advertised is not swimmable, as there was massive amounts of rotting seaweed on the beach. Perhaps, it was a seasonal/temporary thing form a storm, but it wasn't possible to swim there. The area was a nice touristy district, with lot's of familiar American restaurant chains, as well as authentic Mexican restaurants. There is no Uber in Carmen, so you will have to use Taxis to get around. The complimentary breakfast was only toast and coffee, but there are several places open nearby for breakfast. All in all it was a decent stay.

No beach close by. The pool was small and had sketchy looking wires too close to the pool. People running up and down the halls was loud. Breakfast was a piece of toast and a glass of Tang type orange juice and a coffee. The place was a disappointment.

Wow, a small hotel that might not look like much at first glance… I highly recommend booking room 19. Why? Two large doors that open directly onto a super cozy terrace, with a rooftop pool and a view of 15th Avenue. Close to everything! The hotel staff are friendly and very welcoming. We truly invite you to discover this little paradise: charming, warm, and wonderfully peaceful. But is not a beach front

Bait and switch! This place is nothing but an old broken down hostel pretending to be a hotel. They advertise private beach and private beach bar that doesn’t exist they are blocks away from the beach. They advertise breakfast included it’s not even a full continental at sweet bread and coffee and what used to be the communal kitchen. The gaps on the doors and the windows do not keep pests out and do not keep air-conditioning in. We booked the room for four people we were given no soap and two tiny bottles one shampoo one conditioner and two towel towels. When we asked for more we were literally told no that’s all they will provide. There are gaping holes behind the air-conditioning unit for pest to get in. Everything is rusted and dirty there is no bathmat towel and the showerhead comes so far out the floor floods no matter what you do. There’s no hand towels no washcloths for your face. The full-size fridge is not it’s a mini fridge and it barely works. The full-size refrigerator is in the communal kitchen from when it used to be a hostel. The electrical wiring is bad the bathroom light kept going in and out so you could be taking a shower in the dark and have to wait for it to decide to work again. No remote was provided for the supposed free premium streaming services. When we asked for them to switch the box we were told they could not do it. The lady in the office didnt care the only bright spot was Gabby from housekeeping. Not even on my brokest day would I stay again
