Highly recommended if you are nature lover. I booked the mountain view room and it was huge!! But, the stairs going up and down to hotel is troublesome, not old friendly. Walking distance 6-7mins to sun plaza and near shopping place and cafes!!

Location was colder than other areas but the staff in the morning is very much commendable. He made sure that the afternoon staff will help us with our luggage. Going there if you are from Sapa Center you need to walk down the stairs looooong it made me grasp for my breath. The room was okay but without the heater on it will feel too cold. The hot water is only available until 10am so better take a bath early.

I was lucky to have a room with a nice wiew. Though it was foggy when I atrived in the afternoon, but the next day was nice. staffs are helpful and friendly.
