It was a good hotel for our stay. Affordable, clean spaces, accessible and most important is super near to Sun Plaza and all stores. Also the breakfast was delicious, the pantry is good.

Highly recommended! French style hotel with Free breakfast. Bed comfy and clean. Just at the back of Sun Plaza. Great service and kind staff most especially Ms. Ha! Got room upgrade to Family room with stunning view of mountains and monorail! Soooo happy staying here and will be back with the whole family! Feedback: Just add simple soup - an eggdrop and boiled egg for healthier choice will do! Thank you!

the room and hotel were exceptional for a 2 star Hotel. biggest room I've had in vietnam by far. convenient area close to sapa station. staff were very helpful in organising laundry and massage

A wonderful stay in Symphony hotel, the receptionist named Thahn is incredibly kind, accommodating and making a communication easy and pleasant. They attended to all my needs with such as humility and hospitality. The room was spacious, providing a relaxing environment and also they offer a free bottled of water and coffee. Highly recommend! Might comeback again

Big & clean room. Book without breakfast but u can eat at in-house restaurants for breakfast at 50k Đông each. Very filling too. Hotel very near to sapa station to go Fansipan. And walking distance to Center of town and lots of restaurants nearby.
