Need to vacuum room carpet as there were clumps of dirt by door. Wish the gym was open earlier like 6am instead of 7. Everything else was good

Great

For business

Room clean but carpet is very stained already for s new'ish hotel. Bed & duvet OK but pillows too hard. A softer option would be appreciated. Room 535 has some sort of pump or compressor outside or above it that goes on for 60 seconds every 15 minutes, which is very annoying when you're trying to sleep. Staff were great. Restaurant/bar also good but closed too early - 10PM.
