The guest responsible for check-in must be aged 20 or above In line with the Taiwanese government's sustainable tourism initiatives, single-use amenities will no longer be provided from 1 Jan 2025. (Exact date depends on the hotel)

Special check-in instructions

In accordance with environmental protection requirements and the Environmental Protection Administration's regulations, starting January 1, 2024, the hotel will no longer proactively provide complimentary disposable toiletries (toothbrush sets, shower caps, razor sets, combs, cotton swabs, dental floss picks, hair ties, slippers, bottled water, etc.) in guest rooms. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own toiletries. Amenities will be replaced with wall-mounted units to reduce the use of plastic bottles and containers.

The hotel will close its outdoor infinity pool area and water bar from November 3, 2025 to March 31, 2026 for maintenance. The pool and water bar will be unavailable during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Check-in descriptions

During consecutive holidays, the check-in and check-out times will differ from regular dates. The affected dates are as follows: (9/25-9/29, 10/9-10/12, 10/24-10/27, 12/25-12/28). Check-in time will be 16:00, and check-out time will be 11:00. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
