I stayed yesterday and checked out today Room no.1312 My stay was wonderful thanks to the fantastic help from the hotel receptionist. They were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to assist me with all my needs, making my check-in smooth and comfortable. Their warm attitude truly made my visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service.”

This time I lived in another block opposite the service counter. The carpet was replaced, more clean and tidy. The extra large bed is good for family with kid, and additional pillow. The bed sheet and pillow sheets are nice and comfortable. The overall environment was improved as compared to 2 years ago. More variety of afternoon tea set was observed. However, the toy dispensers are tricky configured and not easy to grasp the puffy toys. Overall speaking, I will re-visit next vacation.
