my go to place to stay if i have a very long lay over in manila. Near the mall, convenient store, grocery, spa and easy access to transportation. The place is safe, clean and well maintained, even the security guard is really nice to. The staff are very warm and accomodating. Good thing they are currently upgrading.

Good service and very accommodating staff, though the hotel itself is a bit old and outdated. It offers good value for money if you prioritize location and hospitality over modernity.

Good budget hotel and is proximate to Quezon City locations and terminals. Clean facilities, cold aircon, and the breakfast option and free water during stays are nice perks.

the only issue were the aircon and television are kinda old model, aircon was loud and cant use the TV since it's so labo and full of glitch. i suggest they invest on converter and smart TV. but overall my experience was good, staff are nice and accomodating.
