A pre-authorization of AUD 200 via credit or debit card with a valid ID is required upon check-in. (Excludes Amex and Union Pay). The credit card used to secure your reservation must be presented at check-in, and the name on the card must match the reservation. Union Pay credit card, a pre-authorization hold is not possible. Reception is located at Shop 5, 89 City Road, Southbank. Enter through the main entrance and walk 15 meters; the desk is on the right, opposite IGA. For car or taxi arrivals, use the rear lane at 89 Fawkner Street for a quick two-minute drop-off. Please follow parking signs to avoid fines.
