the location is good, with shops like Coles, woolsworth, K mart, uniqlo, H&M nearby. Bus stop and tram stop also within walking distance. staff is friendly and helpful. my room is small but cosy and clean. visited the gym room and looks ok with fresh towel available. coin operated washer ($4 per wash) and dryer ($4 per drying) available. overall very happy with my stay there.

We had an excellent stay here. The hotel location was perfect, it was central to everything in city. We had an unfortunate run in with very noisy neighbours waking us up at 1:30am and called reception with a noise complaint and they actioned it immediately! Cannot speak highly enough of them!

new hotel and located in between Rundle mall and central market. love the ambience and cleanliness of the room. awesome initiative to have glass bottle to replace plastic bottles for complimentary drinking water. guests can refill by going to the water dispenser located near the lift lobby.
