Hotel staff and receptionists were very cheerful, pleasant, spoke good english, and the best of all is VERY HELPFUL. From giving advice where to go, what to eat, to helping us navigate around Da Nang. Special mention to Thien, he accommodated us when we arrived early in the morning to check-in early for us to get some sleep. And exceptional service from Miss Irene, we really appreciated her help and patience as we ask too many questions from her. She even heped us how to go to Hanoi and Sa Pa. She is really kind. The overall experience was great. We plan to visit Da Nang and Hanoi again, so definitely we'll be back there for sure.

The room is beautiful. There's a bathtub and the toilet is automated (heated toilet seat, auto bidet). The environment is very clean and the hotel lobby was decorated with real flowers. The location is situated right next to a mall. Their top floor (where the restaurant is) has beautiful view of the city. The staff there were lovely and was very welcoming.

The staff – Linh, Mai, Mr. Chau, Thao, and Duy – were all very nice and accommodating and they've helped us enjoy our whole stay in their hotel. The room was nice and spacious enough for the both of us with the toiletries that we need. The motorbike rental was also efficient because it helped us navigate the area better and enjoy the view. It's also a good location because it's just across the beach. You see both the city lights and the beach at their rooftop. It's also near other restaurants and convenience stores.
