very accommodating staffs, and I have 1 night refund because I did not check in in my 1st night due to Typhoon tino, but the hotel approved my refund for the 1night. it will take 3-4 weeks but its fine. thank you for great experience in this hotel.

We made the right choice in choosing this hotel. Accessible location. Accommodating staff. Well-maintained and clean room and other facilities like the pool. The complementary breakfast was good. We were also accommodated for early checkin. All of this for a very reasonable price. I'm beyond thankful for the wonderful experience they provided to my family on their 1st visit to Boracay.

was a wonderful experience at this hotel, a little bit on the expensive side in terms of food and drinks but was all worth it! the location is also not bad, about a 10-15 minute walk to and from station 2! the staff were all so friendly! highly recommended if your going as a family, theres foam parties at the pool, the skydeck is beautiful with a lovely infinity pool, free karaoke bar, unli KBBQ and filipino classics at the restaurant. an amazing spa and a good gym! 24 hour room service. breakfast ends at a good time too (10:00)!

Our first trip together and my first time in Boracay felt magical thanks to Mandarin Bay Resort. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by its quiet luxury and the open, airy property that instantly made me feel relaxed. We had a tiny hiccup at check-in with the deposit, but the staff handled it so smoothly that I immediately felt at ease they really made us feel cared for. The pool was dreamy, and although beachfront chaise lounges were limited, the banig mats were a cozy alternative. Breakfast was a highlight, with so much variety that it was worth it even if a bit crowded. Even though we stayed only one night, I left thinking I have to come back. Mandarin Bay combines peace, luxury, and thoughtful service, and I’m already dreaming about our next stay and maybe even a membership.

Our favorite resort in boracay! The rooms are big with 1 queen and 1 single bed. There is table and couch. The bathrooms are 10/10. You can soak in the tub. The resort is located in station one. There are many beach chairs available at the beach front. Staff are very courteous and friendly.
