We had a great stay at this Disney hotel. The cast members were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the Disney theming added a special touch. Transportation to the parks was easy and convenient, which made our trip stress-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we’d happily stay here again.

I really had a nice time staying in this hotel, the staff were nice and there's shop nearby that you can dine and shop like 7/11 , cafe de Coral and more. the hotel price is reasonable and it's not hard to navigate going to places.

Best Hotel to pick if you’re staying for 3-4 days in hong kong and if your itinerary involves ngong ping 360, city gate outlet shopping, Disneyland! FREE Shuttle to and from the airport! 3 mins away from MTR!

Cutest hotel ever!!!! It was easy to find and bus stop is just in front :) It is also nicely situated in Panda Place so there were so many restaurant choices around. There are also parks around the vicinity and though walk to MTR is a bit long, it was not that exhausting because the weather was so nice. We got a really nice room wherein we have a connecting one for my parents. Beds were comfy, aircon was working well and I love that the room was so spacious we can leave our luggages open and can still walk around. We also have a living room which made it convenient for us to eat dinners. Coffee and tea were provided as well as some basic toiletries though we also brought our own just in case. Only thing that can be improved is the addition of a bidet in the Bathroom. Also, they let us leave our luggages before check in and after check out so we can still continue with our itinerary. Staff was nice and welcomed us when we arrived. Cleaning was every 2 days only.

it was a very good location if you are planning to stay only around near the airport. easy access to Disneyland, going to Macau and when going to and from Tung Chung. water is provided and unlimited, bus shuttle is always available within the schedule provided. one thing you need to prepare is your breakfast, no 7/11 near the hotel and the restaurant inside the hotel is very expensive.

Twas my 3rd time in HK and this hotel is definitely worth recommending. saw this at tiktok and didn’t think twice of looking for another hotel. Everything is 5/5 stars for me! location, the staffs, the service, cleanliness. will absolutely recommend this to my friends who are visiting. they even granted my request for a connecting room with bathtubs! plus 100 points!

location is very convenient. super close to mtr station and bus station. room is good enough for 2 people. ambience is nice. close to 7/11. highly recommended!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The lobby is Instagram-worthy, and the room is spacious. The water pressure is strong, and the hotel’s location is ideal. It’s only a 5-minute walk from Causeway Bay Station Exit F1.
