For activities with free cancellation: You can cancel the booking yourself until the specified time mentioned in the cancellation policy by following these steps:
For activities with conditional cancellation: Please check the cancellation policy listed on the activity's page for details. If you want to apply for a refund, you can chat with us online. Simply go to the Bookings page, select the booking and then select the chat icon.
For activities with no cancellation: Sorry, this activity can't be refunded.
Yes, you can. But please remember to enter their details carefully when booking.
Any credits you earned in one year can be used until the end of the year after.
So if you earned 100 credits in 2020, they are valid until December 31, 2021.
