How do I request for a refund?
If eSIM hasn’t been used You may request a refund on Klook app if you cancel before your eSIM connects overseas (within 180 days of purchase). Simply tap on Cancel and select the cancellation reason.
If eSIM is already in use If your eSIM has connected to a mobile network at your destination but you’re unable to use it due to verified eSIM issues, reach out to us via these steps.
- Go to your eSIM booking details page and start a chat.
- Tap Chat with Klook.
- Select Cancel booking. Choose a cancellation reason and provide the necessary details. We’ll review your request and get back to you within 2 working days.
How refunds are calculated Refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your package at the time of your request. For packages with a fixed data amount, refunds are calculated based on remaining data. For data-per-day packages, refunds are based on the number of full days remaining in your plan.
