Our tour guide, Matt, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, always considering the needs of every guest throughout the trip. My mother doesn't drink much alcohol, and he noticed this, proactively asking if we'd prefer coffee or tea instead.

I arranged a birthday dinner for my mom, and I emailed the cruise company in advance. They were incredibly nice; not only did they arrange a window seat for us, but they also presented a small cake with a birthday candle. All the guests on the boat sang "Happy Birthday" to my mom, which was truly wonderful! The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and drinks were free-flowing. Highly recommended!
