1.⁠ ⁠Ticketing Rules

• ⁠KlookCash and promo code cannot be used for payment when purchasing this event.

• ⁠Maximum of 6 tickets per order. A platform fee of HK$150 per ticket applies.

• Courier fee HK$30 will be required per ticket for Hong Kong local or Mainland China delivery.

• Physical Ticket delivery and pick-up methods cannot be modified upon successful purchase.

• The ticket(s) is/are not able to be collected due to discrepancy in the information or collection method provided, Klook will not offer any compensation and reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge 100% of the order amount as a handling fee.

• This Event is marked seating and suitable for ages 3 or above, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. The organisers and venue reserve the right to verify participants' identification documents for age verification upon entry. Failure to pass this verification may lead to denial of entry.

• For safety reasons, attendees in the free standing zone must be at least 12 years old and at least 140 cm tall; attendees in the seated area must be at least 3 years old.

• ⁠Seats Allocation: While Organizer and Klook will try its best, we cannot guarantee adjacent seating for all orders. Seats may be odd-numbered or not adjacent, and users must accept the allocated seating after purchase.The Organiser and Klook will not entertain any cancellation, change or refund requests arising from seat allocation.

• Each Standing Zone ticket will display a Queue Zone Number. Individual queuing numbers will not be assigned. Admission to the venue will be based on the order of the Queue Zone Number printed on your ticket. Please arrive in reasonable time before the designated entrance time for your Queue Zone as announced by the organisers, and follow the instructions given by on-site staff. Overnight queuing or other arrangements for unreasonably early arrival are discouraged.

• Once admission to the venue has commenced, the Queue Zone Number printed on your ticket will no longer be valid and may not be honoured. Any Standing Zone ticket holder who arrives after admission has commenced may be required to join a general queue for admission behind other ticket holders who were already present in the designated holding area for the Queue Zones.

• For the avoidance of doubt, the Queue Zone Number and time of admission does not confer any particular priority, reserved position or entitlement to any particular standing location inside the venue. All queuing and admission arrangements are subject to change based on actual conditions or operational needs. Kai Tak Sports Park reserves the right to these arrangements at any time without prior notice.

• The seating chart is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the seating, number of seats and the number of seats. If there is any change, no further notice will be given.

• ⁠The actual performance content and participating line-up are subject to the final decision and announcement of the organizer, without further notice. Once order is confirmed, all tickets ordered or issued cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged or refunded. Reselling of tickets is also prohibited.

• In any circumstances, the products included in the bundle packages and the HK$150 platform handling fee are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled due to force majeure or other factors, users need to follow up subsequent ticket arrangements directly with the organizer, and Klook will not be responsible for refund-related matters.

2.⁠ ⁠Physical Tickets for the Event

• "Hang Seng Insurance Presents: 25+ EEG Family Concert" requires physical tickets for admission.
• Klook Booking Record, Email Confirmation or payment record email cannot be used directly as admission of “Hang Seng Insurance Presents: 25+ EEG Family Concert"
• Please handle physical tickets with care. Organiser and Klook will not be liable to re-issue, exchange or replace any ticket which is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Any altered, photocopied, duplicated or scanned tickets will be invalid.
• All event tickets purchased through Klook are legitimate and comply with Klook's terms. Klook cannot guarantee authenticity of tickets purchased through other channels.
• Each ticket admits one person only. A valid ticket must be presented for admission. Re-entry is not permitted after scanning your ticket and exiting the Stadium. Each ticket is valid for entry to the venue once. Anyone who leaves the venue will not be able to re-enter the venue under any circumstances.

【Delivery * only available for Hong Kong district / Mainland China】

• Physical tickets will be delivered in Late April, please contact Klook customer service team if you have not received your tickets by 24 April, 2026. Upon successful purchase, Klook will distribute the tickets to the delivery address provided upon ticket purchase checkout during early February(applicable to Hong Kong, Macau Regions and Mainland delivery only, while the delivery service is not applicable to overseas). If the address you provide for your order is not within the deliverable range, Klook reserves the right to cancel your order or ticket.
• Please log into Klook account, select the relevant booking and click "Amend" in the booking details to submit the request of delivery information amendment by 23:59 on 1 Apr, 2026 if needed. Any late requests will not be accepted. Organizer and Klook are not responsible for any compensation, nor will there be an obligation to reissue tickets, cancel orders, or refunds due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address/information. Please contact Klook customer service team if you have not received your tickets by 24 Apr, 2026.
• The risk of courier service shall be borne by the user.

【Pick up at the counter in Hong Kong International Airport】

• Further Pick-up details will be provided shortly. Please check your email accordingly. Please contact Klook customer service team if you do not receive any communication by 20 Apr, 2026.
• Please show your Klook Booking Reference ID at the counter to collect your ticket(s) after data verification. Staff reserves the right to verify your personal information to ensure the accuracy of your order pickup.
• Please collect your tickets at Hong Kong International Airport within the designated period and on or before the event day , and note that tickets cannot be changed to be picked up at the event venue or mailed.
• Failure to collect tickets at Hong Kong International Airport will result in the inability to enter the event . The organizer and Klook will not be liable for reissuing tickets, canceling orders, or offering refunds.
• Please keep your order number and order information secure, and do not share them with any third parties. The organizer or Klook will not be liable for any compensation and has no obligation to reissue, cancel the order, or provide a refund if the customer discloses the order number and/or order information to others, resulting in an inability to collect the tickets.

3.⁠ ⁠Terms and Conditions of Package Coupon

• Redemption Coupon of Japan unlimited data SIM Card, Mainland China, Hong Kong & Macau unlimited data SIM card, NP360 Ticket or Ocean Park Ticket will be delivered to the “Promo Code” page under Klook user's account upon successful purchase and booking confirmation. Users can find the coupon at Klook Promo Codes website.
• Coupon(s) is/are non-transferable and only valid for the purchasing account.
• Booking Confirmation email or coupon(s) cannot be used directly as redeeming Japan Unlimited data SIM Card, Mainland China, Hong Kong & Macau Unlimited data SIM card, NP360 or Ocean Park access. Users must redeem the Product Voucher codes on the designated webpage during 11:00am 11 Mar, 2026 to 11:59pm 4 May, 2026. Late redemption will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
• The coupon can only be redeemed and used once for selected product package on Klook platform. To avail the discount, please successfully apply the designated coupon on the payment page.
• No refund / cancellation policy applies to the products redeemed.
• Please contact Klook Customer Service if you have not received the product redemption coupon within three working days after order confirmation.

• Klook will not be responsible for and is not obligated to refund any unredeemed vouchers or unused cash vouchers that have expired.

4.⁠ ⁠Others

• Due to performance design requirements, please note that the seating plan and stage layout of the Event may be changed without prior notice.
• In certain areas and/or seats, views may be obstructed by railings, stage structures, or filming equipment. Consequently, any ticket holder requests for cancellations, seat changes, refunds, or any form of compensation cannot be made based on these restricted views.
• The degree of restricted view in the affected areas will be varied depending on location and individual viewing preferences. Please read thoroughly and consider this restriction before purchasing tickets. On the day of the performance, cancellations, seat changes, or refunds will not be accepted due to restricted views. The Organizer and ticketing platform will not be able to resolve issues arising from this. Thank you for your understanding.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event or change the Event date. All copyrights of the Event belong exclusively to the Organizer. Uploading any recordings from any devices to your private social media account may be a copyright violation and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
• Audio and video recording, transmitting and broadcasting are strictly prohibited. Ticket holders must not bring any professional filming and/or recording devices into the venue. Ticket holders may be subject to bag/bag packs search for security purposes prior to entering the Venue.
• The Organizer reserves the right to determine the entry time and arrangement for latecomers. Ticket holders shall comply with the instructions and arrangements of the Organizer and/or Venue’s staff for entry.
• Please follow the event organisers’ Facebook and Instagram for the latest arrangements.
• In case of dispute arising from the ticketing sales and promotion of "Event name", the decision of the event organisers and Klook shall be final.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klook provides the Klook App, including all content, software, functions, materials and information made available on or accessed through the Klook App on an "as is" and “as available” basis solely for your personal use without any representation or endorsement. ● Klook shall not be held responsible for any circumstances resulting from any Force Majeure Event, or the illness, accident, injury, mental or physical disability or death of the participants participating in the Event or the participant's immediate family member, or other cause not reasonably within the control of any of the parties. Klook shall not be liable for the failure to perform any obligations under these terms and conditions due to the aforementioned reasons. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure or other factors, users must liaise with the organizer for subsequent ticket arrangements, and Klook will not be responsible for refund-related matters. The detailed refund arrangements are subject to the refund terms and conditions announced by the organizer, provided that in any circumstances, the bundle package products, the HK$150 platform handling fee, and the courier fee are non-refundable. All decisions on the Event, including if a Force Majeure Event occurs, shall be at the sole discretion of the Organizer and all decisions taken shall be final. ● If you engage in any activity which Klook deems improper in its sole discretion, such as fraudulent or malicious bookings or taking advantage of software or system vulnerabilities during the sale period, Klook reserves the right to cancel your transaction without any liability to you. ● Klook reserves the sole right to amend and/or alter these General Terms & Conditions at any time. ● By purchasing tickets/package, you accept and agree to all the aforementioned terms and conditions of the Event and tickets and Klook’s General Terms of Use.
