“Merry-Go-Around Town” — O2O City Tour “AR Balloon Hunt” & “City Stamps Collection”
“Merry-Go-Around Town” will officially kick off on November 24, 2025, promoting both Hong Kong's urban scenery and local art creations. The event consists of two parts, citizens and overseas visitors can participate in the “AR Balloon Hunt” for free and purchase the “Merry Balloon Hong Kong” Postcard Set to join the “City Stamps Collection”. Participants can capture AR photos of giant IP character balloons at designated hotspots while collecting specific stamps on the themed postcards, embarking on an interactive city treasure hunt across Hong Kong, with opportunities to redeem and win an exquisite prize! This event combines virtual and physical urban interaction experiences, featuring multiple popular IP characters appearing in dual forms of virtual balloons and stamps at 9 hotspots, guiding citizens and overseas visitors on this fantastic adventure.
Meanwhile, the event organizer has partnered with The Hong Kong Society of Illustrators to create 16 Hong Kong-themed postcards. Each postcard features a designated stamp, encouraging citizens and tourists to visit 9 hotspots to collect stamps. By collecting every 8 stamps, participants can redeem an exclusive set of “Merry Balloon Wear & Carry Character Pin Tag” at HK$68*. - After placing an order through Klook, products must be collected at the ELEMENTS "Merry Balloon" pop-up store or "Merry Balloon Park" pop-up store on or before January 11, 2026 . Late pickups are not permitted and non-refundable.
- At the time of pickup, a valid order QR code or confirmation email must be presented. Photos or screenshots of the QR code or confirmation email of the valid order will not be accepted.
- Staff may request relevant documents or transaction records from the payment method for verification.
- Failure to provide a valid order QR code or confirmation email, the relevant documents or transaction records from the payment method may result in denial of the pickup request.
- Customers must clearly check the ordered or purchase products and count the quantity when picking them up in-store. If any products are found to be damaged or defective, please request a replacement immediately with the staff. Once confirmed, no further replacement requests will be accepted.
- The pop-up store only accepts credit cards and other designated electronic payment methods
- The official product images are professionally taken and color-corrected, which may result in slight differences from the actual items. Returns or exchanges due to color discrepancies will not be accepted.
- Products are non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue. For exchanges, items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact, and can only be exchanged once.
