Event policies
- All tickets are sold in Thai Baht (THB) and are non-refundable once purchased. Service and processing fees will not be returned under any circumstances.
- Entry is restricted to guests aged 20 years and above. A government-issued photo ID must be presented at the entrance for verification.
- Each guest must hold a valid e-ticket with a scannable QR code. Screenshots or altered tickets will not be accepted.
- Bag checks and security screening will be conducted at all entrances. Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, fireworks, glass bottles, professional cameras, and outside food or drinks.
- Ticket resale or transfer for profit is strictly prohibited. Any resold or duplicated tickets may be canceled without notice or refund.
- The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals who appear intoxicated, behave aggressively, or violate event safety rules.
- This event will take place rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather or government restrictions, the organizer may postpone the event; tickets will remain valid for the new date.
- Event schedules, lineups, and performance times are subject to change without prior notice. Changes in the lineup or schedule do not qualify for refunds.
- Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded throughout the event. All materials may be used by the organizer for promotional or archival purposes.
- Personal belongings are the responsibility of each guest. The organizer will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
- Medical and emergency teams will be available on site. Please follow staff instructions in case of an emergency or evacuation.
- Guests must follow all health and safety measures implemented at the time of the event. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time to comply with Thai laws or safety requirements.
- All disputes will be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and handled through arbitration in Bangkok, in the English language.
