AIA Presents G.E.M. I AM GLORIA WORLD TOUR 2.0 - HONG KONG
From Gloria, comes a new era of G.E.M.
She is the first female singer to headline concerts at all five major stadiums in China, the highest-grossing touring artist in Chinese pop for 2024, and ranked 4th globally among female singers in tour revenue.
After a six-year wait, singer-songwriter G.E.M. has officially launched her new tour, I AM GLORIA. As her iconic voice fills the stadium, will you truly understand the message in her music?
G.E.M.'s career milestones include winning the 2020 Golden Melody Award for Best Album with “City Zoo” and being recognized as Spotify's most-streamed Chinese female artist globally. In 2021, her music video for “Light Years Away” set the Guinness World Record as the most-watched Chinese music video on YouTube. The following year, she redefined traditional album releases with “Revelation”, a groundbreaking release featuring a 14-episode music video series.
In 2023, after years of anticipation, G.E.M. returned to the global stage with her “I AM GLORIA” World Tour, singing about light in darkness and hope amid chaos.
Over the course of one year and four months, the “I AM GLORIA” World Tour journeyed across three continents—Asia, Europe, and North America—for 90 spectacular shows. This year in May, the upgraded 2.0 version of the I AM GLORIA World Tour has finally arrived on stage! Featuring an all-new stage design, enhanced visual production, and the long-awaited diamond-shaped runway extension, embodying G.E.M’s philosophy, as once you’ve seen the light, you must reflect it outward!
Over recent years, the world has undergone profound upheavals, from the fallout of the pandemic to successive wars and natural disasters. The loss of life, economic downturns, food shortages, and other crises have left many feeling adrift, searching for a glimmer of light in the darkness. - Physical tickets will be sent out by courier in early August, please contact Klook customer service team if you have not received your tickets by 10 August 2025.
- Please ensure the accuracy of the address you provide. If the address you provide for your order is not within the deliverable range, Klook reserves the right to cancel your order or ticket.
- If delivery failure is caused by an inaccurate address provided by customer, the Organizer or Klook will not be liable for compensation, ticket reissue or refund.
- The specified timeline may be adjusted due to the organizer's arrangement. Klook will notify you by email if there is any significant change.

- Pick-up details including dates, schedule and location will be provided by Klook via email latest by early-Aug. Please check your email accordingly. Please contact Klook customer service team if you do not receive any communication by 5 August 2025.
- Please show your Klook Booking Reference ID at the counter to collect your ticket(s) after order information verification (e.g. phone number, etc.). Staff reserves the right to verify your personal information to ensure the accuracy of your order pickup.
- Please collect your tickets at Hong Kong International Airport counter within the designated period and on or before the event day , and note that tickets cannot be changed to be picked up at the event venue or courier.
- Failure to collect tickets at Hong Kong International Airport will result in the inability to enter the event . The organizer and Klook will not be liable for reissuing tickets, canceling orders, or offering refunds.
- Please keep your order number and order information secure, and do not share them with any third parties. The organizer or Klook will not be liable for any compensation and has no obligation to reissue, cancel the order, or provide a refund if the customer discloses the order number and/or order information to others, resulting in an inability to collect the tickets.
- The specified timeline may be adjusted due to the organizer's arrangement. Klook will notify you by email if there is any significant change.
1. Ticketing Rules
- KlookCash or promo code cannot be used for payment when purchasing this event. No KlookCash would be earned from this event purchase.
- Each account is strictly limited to a maximum purchase of one (1) order. Each transaction is limited to a maximum purchase of four (4) tickets per transaction. A platform handling fee of HK$100 per ticket applies.
- Courier fee HK$20 will be required per ticket for Hong Kong local delivery; HK$30 will be required per ticket for Mainland China delivery.
- Platform handling fees and courier fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Physical Ticket delivery and pick-up methods cannot be modified upon successful purchase.
- Upon successful purchase, you confirm that all the information provided is completely accurate, and you acknowledge that all details (including but not limited to the collection method and personal information) will be non-changeable after the ticket purchase is completed. The ticket(s) is/are not able to be collected due to discrepancy in the information or collection method provided, Klook will not offer any compensation and reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge 100% of the order amount as a handling fee.
- Please check the mailing address carefully when placing order. No changes are allowed after the order is confirmed. Klook is not responsible for any delivery problems or loss caused by incomplete or incorrect mailing address.
- The risk of mailing service shall be borne by the user.
- Seats Allocation: While Organizer and Klook will try its best, we cannot guarantee adjacent seating for all orders. Seats may be odd-numbered or not adjacent, and users must accept the allocated seating after purchase. The Organiser and Klook will not entertain any cancellation, change or refund requests arising from seat allocation.
- Once order confirmed, all tickets ordered or issued cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged or refunded.
- Accessible Seats: Accessible Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to purchase Accessible Seats, please contact Klook Customer Service after the start of priority booking to confirm seat availability and verify eligibility. You will need to provide proof or valid doctor's certificate for verification and then proceed with payment procedure in separate webpage.

- Klook Booking Confirmation or payment record cannot be used directly as admission of "AIA Presents G.E.M. I AM GLORIA WORLD TOUR 2.0 - HONG KONG"
- Please handle physical tickets with care. Organiser and Klook will not be liable to re-issue, exchange or replace any ticket which is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Any altered, photocopied, duplicated or scanned tickets will be invalid.
- All event tickets purchased through Klook are legitimate and comply with Klook's terms. Klook cannot guarantee authenticity of tickets purchased through other channels.
- This show is suitable for people aged 3 or above. Each ticket is for one person only. A valid ticket is required for entry.

- Coupon(s) is/are non-transferable and only valid for the purchasing account.

- Water bottles, long umbrellas, professional photography and video equipment is strictly prohibited in the venue. All copyrights of this performance belong to the organizer. Uploading any video clips of the performance from personal mobile phones is not allowed for commercial purposes.
- Ticket holders must abide by the rules and regulations of Event Organizer and Kai Tak Sports Park.
- Seat map is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to adjust pricing, seating arrangements and quantities without prior notice.
