“Michael Learns To Rock” was established by a group of friends passionate about rock music in 1988. The current lineup consists of Jascha Richter (main vocals, keyboards), Kare Wanscher (drums), and Mikkel Lentz (guitar). The band has achieved significant recognition both in Thailand and globally through their distinctive pop music, characterized by appealing melodies and smooth arrangements. Their notable hits include "Take Me To Your Heart", "Sleeping Child", "Paint My Love", and "25 Minutes". among others. These tracks continue to receive regular airplay on international radio stations and are frequently featured in various entertainment venues.
In a special gesture for their Thai fans, “Michael Learns To Rock” will be making a much-anticipated return to Thailand after an 8-year hiatus. EARENDEL ODYSSEY, MMIC and JS CONCERT, the event organizers have officially confirmed that the band has announced their world tour schedule, with a notable stop in Thailand for the "Michael Learns To Rock 'Take Us To Your Heart' Tour 2024 – Bangkok." This concert will be a part of their Asia Tour, which will also encompass performances in Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand.
