Live Nation is thrilled to announce that multi-talented Cantopop diva, Miriam Yeung, is set to grace the stage at Sands Expo & Convention Centre at Marina Bay Sands on 22 December 2023. Miriam last performed in Singapore eight years ago, and her highly anticipated return comes after the unfortunate cancellation of her previous concert in 2020 due to the pandemic.
The theme for Miriam’s “MY TREE OF LIVE World Tour” reflects her admiration for the enduring qualities of trees, which she sees as a metaphor for her own personal growth and life journey. Apart from her Singapore concert, Miriam will be performing more than 50 shows across the globe during her world tour, including in China, United States, Canada, Malaysia, and Thailand.
Miriam’s “MY TREE OF LIVE World Tour” is a narrative-driven musical performance, where she will invite the audience into her world of music and shares her stories through her songs. The concert draws inspiration from the growth of trees, which represent resilience and strength with their ability to weather strong storms. In the same way a tree's year rings serve as a record of its growth, Miriam's musical works have been accompanying listeners through their various stages of life.
”MY TREE OF LIVE” will feature an immersive concert experience, combining innovative stage designs, captivating lighting effects, music arrangement, and exquisite costume design to create a truly mesmerising event. Together with renowned music producer, Carl Wong, and leading choreographer, Sunny Wong, directing the music and dance for the show, fans can look forward to a spectacular visual and auditory experience.
Miriam Yeung: MY TREE OF LIVE World Tour in Singapore 2023 is part of Marina Bay Sands’ Sands Live concert series – an initiative that brings in top entertainment acts from Asia and beyond across the integrated resort’s venues. First unveiled in 2014, Sands Live began as a series of up close and intimate concerts that has attracted globally acclaimed performers such as The Rolling Stones, Michael Bublé, Aaron Kwok and Celine Dion. As part of an expanded initiative to bring in top entertainment acts to Singapore, Sands Live relaunched in March 2023 and has staged performances from artistes such as Joey Yung, Hacken Lee, Zhao Chuan, and Korean superstars PSY and RAIN to name a few.
Miriam Yeung: MY TREE OF LIVE World Tour in Singapore 2023 will take place at Sands Grand Ballroom, Level 5, Sands Expo & Convention Centre on 22 December 2023 (Friday). Ticket prices start from $108. Singtel mobile users will enjoy an exclusive priority sale on 21 September (Thu), from 10am till 11:59pm.
