My friends and I were very happy to stay here; the service was excellent. Even though there was a language barrier, the staff tried very hard to accommodate our requests (or went out of their way to meet our needs). The staff were also very friendly. When we had questions, they were extremely helpful in getting us what we asked for. The room was quite comfortable and the location was peaceful. the price is affordable

The location is convenient and there's a shuttle bus to different places. There are facilities for both adults and children. My family was very satisfied, and the room was clean and tidy.

500 meters away from the beach. Hotel and food is awesome. the pool is massive and lovely. Lot of food options around the hotel. Rooms are nice and big with a balcony. Transportation Convenience: The location is excellent; the back door leads directly to Grand World Phu Quoc. There's also a VinBus pickup/drop-off point at the entrance, making it easy to get to VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari. Breakfast: There are many choices, and the food is delicious and filling. Service: The lobby staff proactively assists you when you seem lost or confused. They can even help you book transportation for free in some areas. Cleanliness: There are some minor imperfections, such as small stains on the sheets. However, this was resolved after the second-day cleaning. Considering the price, the value is still worth overlooking these minor issues.

Absolutely fantastic! You can always count on Holiday Inn, the facilities and service quality are top-notch. Checking out was the hardest part!
