Handsome Johnny is a good tour guide. My mum and I enjoyed the fun day tour time with his “meow meow group”.

Great experience with the guide and staffs, they are all superb friendly and helpful. The meals are full of foods and they are all delicious. The activities are great, especially the kayak where they brought us to a private pearl farm that doesn't share with other cruise company. We are the only group in that area. I highly recommend you to join cozy cruise which is valuable compare to other expensive cruises.

The Hercules Grand Luxury is by far the best day cruise option for Ha Long Bay. The tour guide Henry is amazing, knowledgeable and super friendly. The cruise is brand new, immaculate and offers great service. The itinerary is well planned and we got lucky enough to see a wonderful sunset. 10/10 experience!

cruise boat and the rooms are nice and decent , we got a connecting room to be with the kids . food is good and the dinner menu is premium food ! impressive. friendly and nice crew . overall very pleasant trip. can’t catch any squid . the morning kayak is so fun . climbing the Tip top hill is no joke . but the cave is really awesome and nice!

Our Lan Ha Bay overnight cruise was truly an unforgettable experience! Choosing this route over the more touristy Ha Long Bay was hands down the best decision we made. Lan Ha Bay’s views were absolutely breathtaking—serene, awe-inspiring, and nothing short of magical. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the bay felt like witnessing God’s masterpiece—it was that stunning. Tony, our tour guide, was fantastic. He was super friendly, shared great stories, and gave us fascinating insights about the bay. He even went the extra mile by taking photos and videos for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also met some amazing fellow travelers who shared their own Vietnam adventures, adding even more warmth and fun to the trip. The journey to and from the port was smooth and comfortable, especially with the luxury van pick-up—it really added to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet magical alternative to Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay is the way to go. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best cruise to book, very welcoming and on schedule. Mr Binh navigated us on tour smoothly at every checkpoint. The interiors of the cruise were 5 star, we were a vegetarian group of 4 adults, 3 kids and all of us enjoyed the buffet. Top notch hospitality on serenity grandeur.
