There weren't many customers on Friday night. The food mainly consisted of cold seafood, with unlimited oysters, lobsters, and more. There were fewer hot dishes, but the food was replenished in a timely manner even with the small number of customers. The servers were also quick to clear plates. The seating was comfortable, with enough space between tables, avoiding overcrowding. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to and from the airport and Tung Chung Station every half hour, making transportation convenient.

Price: $522/person is very reasonable. There are oysters, lobsters, crabs, sashimi, etc. In addition, the desserts are also very delicious, especially the cheesecake, which is worth recommending.

The selection isn't huge. The salmon sashimi was a little lacking in freshness. The lobster claws from the Boston lobster weren't that great. The desserts were average. Not many choices for hand-rolled sushi. This was my first time having a buffet in Hong Kong, so I don't know how it compares to other places. I decided to try it out because it's close to the airport and they had a discount.
