this experience was phenomenal! we were promptly met at the designated time and I couldn’t have asked for a better host than Renee. she welcomed us with open arms and helped my 5 year old daughter through the entire process. my daughter was involved in the process from the makeup colors to her hair style and even allowed to do her own poses. my daughter felt a lot of emotions during the time together and everyone handled it with amazing grace and patience. I would absolutely do this again with any of my children. I’m so thankful I used this service to make my daughters first visit to Korea special !!

ye eun explained my scalp findings and the treatment to be done step by step. they did upsell for an additional hair treatment which was ok with em too, I felt it was time for 1 anyway. she also gave me tips on how to style my hair. i liked my haircut!

This is a must-visit when you’re in Korea — I was pleasantly surprised by the results. I was attended by Dana, who was so lovely and professional. I missed the interpreter’s name, but she was excellent and very helpful for English-speaking clients. Highly recommended if you want to understand what’s best for you!

I would highly recommend this experience! I did personal color and makeup tips which is super helpful as a mixed race woman. I was happy to know the colors I already wear are aligned with the analysis and now I know which kind of makeup best suits me, especially the base and blush colors.

My first experience of trying Korean makeup. I came too early this morning, but the roa makeup team responded quickly and came straight to me! Thank you very much. The service was very kind and friendly. Her makeup place is easy to find, too. Overall I highly recommend getting a make-up experience & k-beauty hairstyle here! You can choose which makeup and hair reference you want, and the results are more or less similar. Awesome! I think I'll be back to try 1:1 makeup class. Thank you again.
