It was my first time staying in a Korean hotel. I would usually book a hotel that I am familiar of whenever I go overseas or outside of the country. I am very impressed with the location of Pacific Hotel! Everything was pretty much a walking distance! I especially love how I could just go for a run to Namsan park and Namsan tower (back of this hotel)! All of our tours meet up places were also a few minutes walk away from the hotel! Staff especially housekeeping were very pleasant and kept our room really tidy!I totally recommend this hotel!

It was right next to Seoul Station, so accessibility was good, and the staff was friendly and nice.

service: excellent service!! staffs very helpful and nice.
cleanliness: very clean and smells good. lobby has free coffee as well.

Hotel is located very close to Chungmuro Station. The room is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Laundry is available inside the room. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Very close to Myeongdong in just around 10 minutes walking distance.

Hotel located just one station away from Seoul station which offers alot of convinence if you are catching the KTX next day. Hotel staffs are helpful and polite. Take note the need to carry your luggage up a steep hill but its still bearable. Able to take a sight of the Namsan Tower along the way.

The room was clean overall. We stayed for six days and five nights. The cleaning lady was very cute. She knew we didn't clean and put the whole bag of supplies in a plastic bag at the door. The counter service was also very good. She could also help order Qiaocun Fried Chicken. Five stars.

Room is small, but managed to open 2 big luggages. Bring your own necessary amenties, room provides slippers, hand soap and shampoo/bodywash only. Location is at exit 3 from myeongdong station. Airport limo bus is across the street.
