Since the pickup doesn't come to Phan Ke Binh Street, I had to go to the nearest pickup hotel, so I walked about 10 minutes to the Lotte Hotel on the day. The bus arrived on time and moved around the city to pick up other participants, but the traffic was so heavy that it took more than 30 minutes to get on the highway, with frequent stops and starts, and I got a little carsick. I recommend using motion sickness medicine if you are worried about being on the bus for about 3 hours. It was drizzling at the time, but the rain stopped in Ha Long Bay, and although there were no sunny breaks, the sea was calm with no wind, and I was able to enjoy the magnificent scenery. The guide also speaks Japanese, so there is no need to worry about language. On the way there, you will be forcibly taken to a souvenir shop for a break, but please accept it as contributing to the Vietnamese economy. They don't try to make you buy anything too persistently. The fee includes dinner at a Bun Cha restaurant in the old town on the way back. After the meal, the guide will be waiting, so they can arrange a taxi to the hotel at your own expense, and the tour ends. I wanted to go to the old town, so I declined the taxi.

Had a great experience in Ha Long Bay. The trip was on time, well managed and well prepared. The guide was very informative and gave us clear description during the trip. The schedule was on time and the vibe was so fun!

A superb experience and incredible landscapes, despite the enormous number of boats and tourists, the place remains magnificent and relaxing. The food was tasty and varied.

I chose the reservation focusing on cost-effectiveness, and it was a tour that was sufficiently satisfying for the price. The tour route is the same, and the differences are whether the guide is Korean, the difference between the bus and the ship, and the difference in the food you eat. I don't think it's right to want considerable quality at a low price. However, the guide was able to speak English, and I was worried about the food, but it was much more delicious than I thought. The ship also has 3 floors and the tour time is long enough compared to other tours. In particular, the guide Kimi I belonged to was pleasant and friendly and solved all the problems we had during the tour. I would like to give the best rating as a guide. If you can choose a guide, I hope you take the tour that Kimi belongs to. There weren't many Koreans, but there's no need to be too afraid of English, and if you want a cost-effective tour, I highly recommend it.

I had an absolutely amazing time on this cruise! From start to finish, everything was so well organised and ran smoothly. The staff were incredibly professional, polite, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The service was truly exceptional, definitely a 10/10 experience. The atmosphere on board was relaxing yet fun, and I appreciated all the little details that made the day special. I would highly recommend booking with this company if you’re looking for a memorable and enjoyable cruise experience!

Our tour guide, Minh, was very attentive. The boat staff were also enthusiastic and well-trained and professional. For the price, everything exceeded my family's expectations. The boat was clean, and the food was fresh and delicious, especially the shrimp.
