The food was great. You need a lot of time to visit all the stores you want to see, so plan your schedule ahead. It was about an hour and a half from the city and back, so that's a negative because it's three hours you lose from shopping. Overall, it was a great experience.

It was an amazing experience. I was able to see all the historical landmarks and felt truly educated by the guided audio tour. The audio also has options for different languages, which is very good. It was comfortable as well because the ride had a clear roof, allowing for photos and an unobstructed view of the entire place. Additionally, it wasn't super cold due to the glass roof, which was nice. I definitely recommend it.

Our tour guide Molly is good performance and explain every place and history. Overall is a good experience for see liberty and other New York Landmarks.

the tour is worth it. but, as the one who get here from a really far country, I got lost and not following the rest of the tour once I arrived at Liberty! The tour is about fact and history, so if you want to took bunch of photos at liberty while took the picture of manhattan from accross, you should get the package for the cruise to liberty and ellis island without the tour guide. but the tour guide is definitely worth it if you want to be guided and don't spend too much time in front of lady liberty (I spent too much time there, almost 5 hrs). btw the ferry is free entry once you depart, so, you can go back with or without the guide.

It was an amazing trip that exceeded my expectations. Yurika-san was a perfect guide. I was traveling alone as a woman this time, and I was so happy to join this tour, meet many people, and have great conversations. Since we were the only ones in the group who signed up for the Chinese tour, and we happened to have a tour guide, Benjamin, who could speak Chinese, it felt like we had personal service. The overall introduction was excellent. Although there were some initial awkward moments with Chinese grammar, he consciously adjusted as he went along, making it easy to understand. He also recommended many attractions, explained tipping etiquette, provided insights into the local history and culture, and suggested New York restaurants. He even helped us take photos. This tour is definitely a great choice for traveling with elders, highly recommended! The only drawback was that it coincided with the visit of the President of Ukraine, so the area around the White House was heavily secured. We could only see it from a distance, and it took us a while to find several spots to get even that distant view.
