Transport in Macau

Very convenient! Staffs are helpful. my ride is like 5:30pm and I requested if I can get on to an earlier ride and they did help me right away. I ride is so cozy. I didn’t even feel that we’re moving already.

Easy! Ferry station connected to the mall and to the MTR. Was late, but they still honored our ticket. Smooth and seemless ride on the ferry. Hold onto the rails when getting onto the ferry, but overall felt super safe ! The Ferry station shopping stall in Macau sells M-pass to pay for bus fares and to get around, and snacks and drinks too! Also took the ferry back to Hong Kong. Simple, my preferred way to get back and forth between Hong Kong and Macau. will definitely use this service again!

Easy and convenient way to reach Macau. Whole journey took 2.5h from Metroplaza to our hotel in Macau. The bus stop can be accessed from the shuttle bus door beside Sushiro on the first floor of Metroplaza. It was a fun experience to travel across the undersea bridge to Macau. Clearing customs on a weekday was super fast with no queue. Will recommend for those who get easily sea sick and can’t take the ferry.

it was a bit cold during our activity but we still enjoyed it. the line was so long for regular cabin. would recommend if you have the guts to take the glass flooring (crystal cabin) best to take it for quicker and best experience. price: 10/10 ease of booking on Klook: 10/10 service: 8/10 (not the best one, but still good) experience: 7/10 (it was a super long line)

Buying tickets online to collect physical tickets on site is hundreds of times faster than buying tickets on site. ! ! The only drawback was that after arriving at Taipa Pier there was no clear indicator telling us how to get to the free casino bus, we made a big detour and took the paid Macau bus to New City! ! Wasted our time about 5 hours without visiting Macau at all!

we are a group of 7 person without luggage. driver come on time and happy with her services. Took 1 h 15 min from hotel in Kowloon to Macau. need to change vehicle in zhuhai custom, it is very easy. overall satisfied with the service and reasonable price.

there was a minor issue but it was addressed right away.it was smooth ride going back to HK
