The staff is friendly, the hotel's location is very strategic, in the city center, easy to get everywhere, and the rooms are also clean.

grate place to stay. has good rooms with good views. front office can speak english but lack a little professionalism which may be the unspoken standard of hoteliers in Vietnam. (I can say they lack professionalism because I too am a front office hotelier and I know the basic professionalism required with the job title)

An amazing place. The atmosphere within the grounds, the architecture itself is simply crazy😍. The place is charming in any weather, whether it's raining or hot. The best time to enjoy all of this without the crowds of tourists is to book a room. In addition, the lighting comes on in the evening, so that's another reason to stay at the hotel overnight. I would like to give a special thank you to the staff: polite, cheerful guys who are always ready to help - it's a pleasure to communicate with them. The bamboo room is bright. The room has a warm blanket, toiletries, delicious tea, slippers and many other small things. The only downside of this room, perhaps, is that it's a bit damp; it wasn't quite warm enough in the evening. The location is amazing, 5 minutes from the city center. There are cafes and restaurants nearby, and other benefits of civilization. Almost everywhere prefers cash. The hotel itself accepts cards without any problems. Food is not included in the room rate, but as I described above, this is not a problem.

A hotel with a sleek and sophisticated design, I'd love to visit again! I had a very comfortable 2-night, 3-day stay. The hotel's interior was stylish and clean, making a great first impression, and the water pressure was excellent, making for a refreshing shower. The bed sheets were very clean, and the bed was large, allowing me to sleep soundly. If I visit Da Lat again, I would definitely stay here again.

It was a very calm and relaxing experience. The place was great and the staff were accomodating as well!

Suitable for long-term vacations, the pine forest space is beautiful and very chill. Avoid going during peak season.

It is a very unique hotel formed by 23 buildings. Each room/villa are different. The construction is beautiful. The story of the hotel starting from 100 years before. The staff introduced the history of the hotel during free induction tour. If you like the traditional French style, you cannot missed it.

Nice accommodation in the quiter side of Dalat, 20 mins walk to the city center. The couple who runs this place is extremly kind and helpful. Nice cafe and eatery around this area.
